If you really want to go all out though, head over to the HPB Fitness Countdown Party at St Andrew’s Road for more adrenaline-pumping fun. Registered participants will be led through a series of high-intensity workouts, such as Zumba and K-Kardio (a Kpop cardio dance workout).
Both events are free (although registration is required), so this just might be a good way to kickstart that fitness resolution for next year. Don’t forget to bring a towel and change of clothes.
