Local chefs like Jason Tan of Corner House and Bjorn Shen of Artichoke Cafe will also be cooking up a storm (of tasting portions) at the event.
Other than food tastings, Savour 2015 will also have a gourmet market featuring cheese, wine and charcuterie (cold cuts). The celebrity chefs will also be holding several classes and workshops, so you can pick up a few tips from the pros there. Get your tickets here.
