1. i Light Marina Bay
This March, Marina Bay plays host to Asia’s leading sustainable light art festival for the fifth year running. See the iconic area in a new light, as 20 sustainable light art installations set the Marina Bay waterfront aglow. The installations, which were created by both local and international artists, were designed with energy-saving lighting and environmentally-friendly materials. Participating buildings and organisations in the area will also turn off non-essential lighting and air-conditioning, in an effort to offset the power consumed by the event.
Besides a stunning collection of light art installations, visitors can also expect delectable dining options, artisan flea offerings and artist workshops at the event.
Dates: 3 to 26 March 2017
Time: 7.30pm to 11am daily (extended to 12 midnight on Friday and Saturdays)
Location: Marina Bay Waterfront
