This year’s edition will also include activities catered to aquatic animals, such as fish competitions, marine life exhibitions and more.

3. LA CAGE AUX FOLLES

W!LD RICE’s LA CAGE AUX FOLLES makes a return to the stage this month, after its award-winning run in 2012. Director Glenn Goei successfully adapts the Broadway production for a local stage, with a star-studded cast of local theatre veterans to bring the story to life.

Set against the colourful backdrop of LA CAGE, a fictional (but fabulous) nightclub in Tanjong Pagar, the musical tells the story of young love, clashing families and staying true to one’s roots. If glitzy costumes, show-stopping songs and sassy humour is your thing, then this is the perfect show to catch this month.

Dates: 19 April – 13 May 2017
Time: 8pm (Tue to Sat), 3pm (Sat & Sun)
Location: Victoria Theatre, 9 Empress Place
Admission: From $70.  Get your tickets here.
