How To Pick An Instagram-Worthy OOTD
1. The Brighter The Better
Bright colours make most skin tones look more vibrant, so work some colours into your outfit. Plus, brightly-coloured outfits work with almost any plain background, so you can be sure that your OOTD photos will look Instagram-worthy.
2. Details Make The Outfit
Accessorise with a statement necklace or pick a piece in an uncommon colour (like the lime green skirt Jessica is wearing) to make your outfit fashion blogger-worthy.
3. Go Structured
Loose and billowy clothes may be comfy – and they may even look great in real life – but the sad truth is that they don’t photograph as well as structured pieces (especially if you’re not of model proportions). If you’re planning on taking an OOTD photo, go for an outfit that is structured or fitted at the waist instead.
4. Pick Prints
Prints make any piece look more interesting, and can instantly jazz up a casual, everyday outfit. Balance out a printed skirt with a simple top and neutral accessories.
